Discover Essential Oils

So, your three small children, husband, two dogs, and 21 year old back from college are all home, living under one roof.  Your current living situation is quite different than say three months ago; and, everyone needs and wants your attention.  Giving a little more of yourself than normal, to the entire family is starting to take its toll.

Not to worry, as I introduce to you a natural approach to de-stress.  Have you ever considered a complementary therapy, like Aromatherapy to help you relax and cope with stress?  The therapeutic power of our sense of smell, as it relates to our health and well-being, is often overlooked.  Aromas reach deep down into our emotional consciousness to enhance our mind, body and spirit.

Aromatherapy supports the psychological and physical state of being: anxiety, emotional turmoil, fears, heartache, mood swings, nervousness, nightmares, panic, and shock, to name a few.  Why therapeutic grade/organic?  Essential oils require a high quality of raw materials. Our mind and body react positively to the therapeutic effects of essential oils.  Toxins such as fertilizer and pesticides have a major impact on the chemical structure in making the oil, as these chemicals remain in the extraction process, producing a negative effect.  Therefore, to experience the best health benefits, always look for 100% pure essential oils of the highest quality.

Take Lavender for instance, the most common essential oil known to man.  Lavender is the ‘oil of communications’. It has outstanding properties to restore balance to all systems of the body.  Some ways in which you can use lavender oil is through hypotherapy, simply relaxing in a hot tub of water, or inhaling the aroma of a natural burning candle.

HYPOTHERAPY~BATH

A hot bath with a few drops of lavender essential oil at the end of the day works wonders.  Just sit in the water and relax. We recommend 30 minutes in general;  45 minutes, if you are feeling depressed;  60 minutes for mental relaxation or physical fatigue.

CANDLES

To achieve the therapeutic effects of the candle, we recommend burning a candle made of natural ingredients such as soy or coconut & apricot wax blended with 100% therapeutic grade essential oil.

While we could live for days without food and water, we can only go a few minutes without a supply of oxygen.
